Tiny House made of 2D panels – AUKLAN system model building: Successful blower door test and installation of utilities
The construction of our sample Tiny House made of innovative prefabricated 2D wall and ceiling panels with a load-bearing structure made of thin-walled cold-rolled profiles, which serves as a demonstration of the possibilities of the AUKLAN system technology in practice, is progressing rapidly. A successful blower door test has already been carried out on the model building. This test, which is crucial for verifying the airtightness of a building, confirmed that our AUKLAN construction system meets high standards of energy efficiency and sustainability.
Another important milestone is the installation of the utility networks, which are now completely ready. Thanks to the AUKLAN system, all penetrations for installations are carefully designed and prepared during the production phase, ensuring smooth and quick assembly directly on site. These pre-prepared solutions eliminate the need for additional modifications and significantly reduce the time needed to complete the project. As a model building, this Tiny House demonstrates how AUKLAN technology can be used to efficiently integrate electrical installations, water and sewage with maximum precision and minimal intervention on site.
Preparation for air conditioning is also in full swing, which means that future visitors to the Tiny House can look forward to a comfortable environment in all weather conditions.
