Revolution in construction: complete construction of a veterinary surgery in a few hours
Take a look at the time-lapse of the initial phase of the construction of the new veterinary surgery in Březná! The load-bearing structure of the perimeter walls and roof trusses of the modern Auklan system was completely erected in a single afternoon.
The building has a rectangular plan with dimensions of approximately 11.5 × 6.5 m, one storey and a gable roof consisting of 19 trusses. The main wheelchair-accessible entrance is situated on the north-east side. The layout includes a vestibule, a main room (surgery), an adjoining operating theatre and a utility room with a solid fuel boiler. The Auklan perimeter panels are anchored to the reinforced concrete foundation slab using anchor bolts. Insulation will be provided using mineral insulation inside the Auklan structure and facade mineral insulation on the exterior. The panels will be sheathed on both sides with plasterboard, the interior partitions and bulkheads will also be made of plasterboard for ease of installation.
