Extension of a family house in Drásov: A quick and economical solution using modern technology
An 80 m² extension to a family house was recently completed in the village of Drásov, demonstrating how modern construction technologies can significantly streamline the building process and reduce costs.
Instead of the originally planned masonry and reinforced concrete ceiling, AUKLAN experts proposed the use of thin-walled structures, which greatly simplified the construction. As a result, the extension was completed within a week, and the cost of the foundations was reduced by a third. Another benefit was that it was not necessary to embed internal wiring or carry out additional repairs to the openings, and thanks to the thinner structures, the usable space of all rooms was increased. The delivery also included pre-assembled structures for the awning, which were successfully installed on the facade in June 2025.
