Tiny House in Ivančice: Innovative and compact custom-made housing

A modern Tiny House with a built-up area of 28 m² has been built in Ivančice, representing an effective and flexible solution for small-scale housing. The project shows how advanced construction technologies can be used for modular and lightweight residential units.

AUKLAN handled the entire process, from the design of the structure, production, and pre-assembly of individual components to the assembly of the 3D module on site. This also included a static analysis and the design of lifting mechanisms for easy handling of the structure, which is made exclusively of thin-walled steel.

Thanks to the pre-assembly of the 3D module in the hall, it was possible to work out all the details and ensure that the structure is not only strong and durable, but also easily transportable and quick to assemble. This project represents the first complete implementation of a 3D frame for the investor and confirms AUKLAN's ability to deliver innovative and effective solutions even for smaller and non-traditional buildings.
