Atypical upper floor of a villa in Hloubětín, Prague: A quick and flexible solution for demanding conditions

An atypical upper floor with an area of 103 m² was built in Hloubětín, Prague, for Absolut Estate, a developer specializing in luxury housing. The project shows how modern construction technologies from AUKLAN can significantly speed up and streamline construction processes even in complex environments.
The construction, which began in January 2025 and was completed in March, was technically challenging due to its broken, irregular trapezoidal shape. Despite these challenges, the entire process was shortened to 11 days, while traditional brick construction would have taken up to two months.

The advantages of the project included not only the speed of implementation, but also the optimisation of space utilisation thanks to the thinning of the structure, the flexible use of different profiles according to static requirements and the possibility of manual handling of the structure on a slope with difficult access.
